Copper rod forming process

As we all know, copper rod refers to the solid core copper rod formed by extrusion or welding heat treatment. In fact, there are many types of copper rods, such as purple copper rods, brass rods, white copper rods and bronze rods. Copper rod molding process can also be regarded as copper rod production and manufacturing process. And different types of copper rod, there will be different forming process.

Then the metal forming process is divided into several kinds?

1. Metal solidification forming, commonly known as casting.

Forging is a process in which molten metal is poured, shot or sucked into the casting cavity, and the workpiece with certain shape and characteristics is obtained after it condenses.

2. Metal plastic deformation forming is the use of metal raw materials have plastic deformation working ability, under the action of external force to metal raw materials caused by the expected plastic deformation to get a certain appearance, specifications and physical properties of the parts or blank room production mode. The process can be divided into free forging, free forging, plate stamping die, extrusion, suppression, etc.

3. Metal welding forming process.

Electric welding is based on heating or pressure or both and use, and with or without supplementary raw materials, so that the metal raw materials do molecular combination of a forming method. The general classification is arc welding, arc welding, fiber welding.
