High temperature and high pressure resistance of seamless square tube

Seamless square tube is a kind of metal material which is widely used in industry and construction industry. This shows the importance of seamless square pipe. High pressure boiler tubes have the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, especially alloy high pressure boiler tubes have the advantages of high temperature and high pressure resistance compared with other metal tubes. A voltage of less than 5 volts is applied through electrodes to the seamless square tube, which is called an industrial vessel because of its hollow structure and lack of welds.

The electrode and seamless square tube contact through a large current, and produce a lot of resistance heat, the seamless square tube surface heating to quenching temperature, and then remove the electrode, the heat is transferred into the seamless square tube inside and the surface cooling rapidly, that is, to achieve the purpose of quenching electrolytic heating quenching The seamless square tube is placed in the electrolyte of acid, alkali or salt aqueous solution. The seamless square tube is connected to the cathode, and the electrolytic cell is connected to the anode. After direct current is connected, the electrolyte is electrolyzed, oxygen is released from the anode. The surface of the seamless square tube is rapidly heated to the quenching temperature, and then the power is off. The gas film immediately disappears, and the electrolyte becomes the quenching medium, which makes the surface of the seamless square tube rapidly cool and hardened. The expansion tank can compensate the changes in the volume of the system cooling water caused by the changes in temperature and water leakage, stabilize the operation of the cooling system, and through the changes in the water level in the tank, judge the leakage of the system and reasonably supplement the soft water. The air cooler is composed of a fan and a radiator, which is used to distribute heat to reduce the temperature of cooling water. The role of the hot air pipe is to evenly distribute the hot air from the hot air main pipe to each air supply branch pipe. The hot air main and hot air pipe are welded with steel plate, and the seamless square pipe has a lining made of fire-resistant forest material. In order not to affect the operation before the furnace, the hot air tube is hung, and the heavy frame blast furnace hot air tube is hung on the beam. The inner diameter of the hot air main is the same as that of the hot air tube and is related to the blast furnace volume. The actual flow rate is generally 25*35 volume. The seamless square tube aluminum melt enters the circular reaction chamber tangentially from the inlet of the reactor, causing the melt to rotate in it. The lower part of the reaction chamber is equipped with gas nozzles to disperse small bubbles. By rotating the melt, the bubbles are evenly dispersed throughout the reactor to produce a better purification effect. The melt enters the ceramic foam filter from the reaction chamber to further remove the nonmetallic inclusions.
