The expansion tank can compensate the changes in the volume of the system cooling water caused by the changes in temperature and water leakage, stabilize the operation of the cooling system, and through the changes in the water level in the tank, judge the leakage of the system and reasonably supplement the soft water. The air cooler is composed of a fan and a radiator, which is used to distribute heat to reduce the temperature of cooling water. The role of the hot air pipe is to evenly distribute the hot air from the hot air main pipe to each air supply branch pipe. The hot air main and hot air pipe are welded with steel plate, and the seamless square pipe has a lining made of fire-resistant forest material. In order not to affect the operation before the furnace, the hot air tube is hung, and the heavy frame blast furnace hot air tube is hung on the beam. The inner diameter of the hot air main is the same as that of the hot air tube and is related to the blast furnace volume. The actual flow rate is generally 25*35 volume. The lower part of the reaction chamber is equipped with gas nozzles to disperse small bubbles.
