Mount the main keel on the wall with Angle iron spaced the same as the lead plate. Stainless steel plate Angle iron dry with small pendant completed, fixed with screws. The lead plate hanging stainless steel plate Angle iron is mounted on the wall with supporting facilities screws across the Angle iron, and the flatness and smoothness can only be adjusted. Note: The Angle type should be as large as possible, about 5#.
The main points of common problems in lead plate installation are as follows:
1. Lead sheet is a very malleable material with a large proportion, so it should be handled carefully when displaced.
2. During installation, the raw materials around the laminated glass and the wall safety protection do not match to prevent radiation leakage at the joint.
3. Due to the rich color of lead and barium, lead glass is easy to be polluted by strong acid and alkali, so it is not convenient to install or store in acidic gas or wet and cold natural environment.
4. Lead plate surface is very easy to scratch, the whole process of construction must be careful. Do not touch with sharp objects. Handle with care.
Lead plate construction scheme
1) According to the actual situation of the received materials, no matter whether part of the steel is spliced or not, it can be cut after correction;
2) The node plate is laid out to check the cutting size before cutting, and the cutting processing allowance is reserved according to the actual situation when marking; Electric push and pull protective door
3) The length of splicing parts is not less than 1m, and the joints of each steel bar are not more than two. The distance between the joint position and the joint edge weld is not less than 500mm, and the steel bar joint should avoid the bolt hole position.
4) After blanking, process bolt holes according to the position shown. All bolt hole positions shall consider lead lap and mounting positions.
1) Check whether the foundation treatment meets the requirements. In principle, the ground levelness of the lead wall installation axis should not be greater than 10 mm. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be levelled with steel plate before or during installation.
2) Transport the protective wall in blocks or frames to the site installation position. During hoisting and transportation, necessary protective measures must be taken to prevent deformation of protective walls.
