2. The aluminum sheet material is soft and the mold is easy to block the material, so when designing the mold clearance, the gap of the double material thickness should be 10%, the straight depth of the knife edge should be 2MM, and the taper should be 0.8-1°.
3. When bending and forming, because aluminum sheet material is easy to produce aluminum chips when bending, which will cause spot injury and indentation, the raw material of aluminum plate needs to be pasted with PE film. In the case of roller and electroplating, the forming block is better with polishing and hard chromium plating.
4 For the anode after processing of stamping parts, such as pressing, pushing process 180°, the product can not be completely pressed, completely pressed will produce acid spitting phenomenon, need to leave 0.2-0.3MM seam, in order to smooth and timely outflow of acid, so in this process must do the limit block and calibration die is higher than the mold.
5 Because the aluminum plate material is more brittle, easy to crack, especially in the case of folding edge, so try not to do the press line, even if you want to do, also want to do the press line wider, play a little shallow.
Aluminum sheet material is soft, so it is easy to produce top injury, crush injury, scratch and deformation during stamping production. In addition to meeting the requirements on the mold, the following points should be done during stamping production:
1. In order to do a good job of stamping aluminum sheet parts and reduce the defect rate, we must first do a good job of cleaning, including mold, punch table, assembly line and packaging materials must be free from sharp debris, no dirt and regular clear cleaning, mold up and down must be clean, no debris.
2. If the burr of the product is found to be large, it must be sent to the mold for maintenance in time
3. Aluminum plate is easy to heat, and backlog together to harden, so when punching and blanking, it is necessary to apply some pressure oil on the material (can dissipate heat, but also smooth dredge blanking) before stamping.
4. For products with more punching, it is necessary to hit and clean the surface of the mold, ensure that the mold and product are always clean and free of debris, and reduce the jacking injury. Only when it is found that the jacking injury problem of the mold must be found out and solved, can the production continue.
