Titanium tubing is not corrosion-free in the environment. Large deformation can not only improve the production efficiency and the purpose can be better to break the coarse as-cast structure, so that the pipe grain fine and uniform, but the general assembly will increase the pipe forming resistance, the deformation heat leads to local temperature rise, so that the deformation is not uniform, the grain abnormal growth. Reasonable deformation can form the texture in the radial, axial and circumferential direction of the pipe, thus improving the performance.
