Copper bars are mainly used in primary lines (phase line, neutral line and ground line with large current are all used in copper bars). In the electrical cabinet, primary components with large current are connected with copper bars. For example, a row of electrical cabinets is connected with the main bus bar between cabinets, and the main bus bar is branch bus to the switch electrical of each side of the electrical cabinet. There are tinned copper bars and bare copper bars, in the electric cabinet copper bar connection generally to do tinning and embossing treatment or add conductive paste. Empty Spaces are protected by heat shrinkable tubes, and some are painted with insulation. The main consideration with copper bar is the carrying capacity, according to the size of the current to choose suitable copper bar, the screws at the connection must be tight, otherwise the current will appear the possibility of burning copper bar.

Copper bar is a kind of large current conductive products, suitable for high and low voltage electrical appliances, switch contacts, distribution equipment, busbar and other electrical engineering, can also be used for metal smelting and other large current electrolytic smelting engineering.

Copper has been widely used in electrical equipment, especially in complete power distribution units, because of its superior conductivity to aluminum. Generally, copper bars are used for phase A, B, C, N bus bars and PE bus bars in the PDC. In use, copper bar is generally marked with color-phase letters or painted with color-phase paint. A-phase copper bar is marked with "yellow" color, B-phase is "green" color, C-phase is "red" color, N-phase is "light blue" color, and PE bus is "yellow-green" two-color.

Copper bar is also known as copper busbar, copper busbar or copper busbar, ground copper bar, is made of copper material, the section is rectangular or chamfered (rounded) rectangular long conductor, made of aluminum material called aluminum bar, in the circuit to transport current and connect the role of electrical equipment.
