The cold and hot processing function of the bronze plate is outstanding. It can be kneaded, hot rolled, cast (solid solution disposal after forging is requested) and other hot processing. The hot processing temperature is 820~930℃, and the hot forging property is 80% of the cast brass HPb60_2. In solution, annealing or appropriate drawing conditions, can be drawn, cold rolling, upsetting, forging or zigzagging cold work.

Alloy can solder, silver welding and brazing, easy to carry out gas maintenance arc welding, for good heat dissipation of the welding site selection of electrons. Beam welding works well. Fusion welding and brazing will drop the function of the data obtained after thermal treatment. This welding is generally used in soft conditions, and the necessary thermal treatment is subsequently administered. Soft brazing function is outstanding, does not recommend oxygen acetylene welding, maintenance metal arc welding, resistance spot welding and resistance seam welding.

Copper plate has high strength and hardness at room temperature and below 400℃, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, excellent processing and forming performance is widely used in high temperature conductive wear-resistant parts of electrical equipment. The main uses are: motor commutator, collector ring, high temperature switch, electrode of welding machine, roller, gripper, brake disc, disc and other parts begging for high thermal conductivity, conductivity, high thermal strength in bimetal way.
