Description
Description

Aluminum bronze tube is a copper-based alloy with aluminum as the main alloying element. Common grades of aluminum bronze tubes: QAl10-4-4, QAl10-3-1.5, etc. The aluminum bronze tube has stable mechanical properties below 400 °C, good friction reduction, good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water, and can be hot worked and welded, but it is not easy to braze.

Aluminum bronze tube reinforcement:

Solid solution strengthening is a process in which the alloy is heated to the point where all or maximum alloying elements such as aluminum and manganese can be dissolved into the copper matrix to form a saturated or supersaturated solid solution, and then quenched to room temperature to obtain a supersaturated solid solution. Solid solution and aging are often used together to improve the performance of aluminum aluminum bronze pipes.
