The hot working performance of copper-nickel-zinc alloy tubes is poor, and they are generally produced in the process of cold blanking. Thin plate and strip are mostly produced by horizontal continuous casting strip-cold blooming. The processing rate should not be too large during the cold working process. Good welding performance, can be soft, brazing, oxyacetylene welding, resistance spot welding, butt welding, gas shielded metal arc welding and resistance seam welding, but not shielded metal arc welding. The cutting performance is 20% of that of free-cutting brass HPb63-3.
