Characteristics of pure nickel wire:

Nickel mechanical properties close to carbon steel, its alkaline corrosion resistance in metal materials only second to silver, nickel wire in concentrated alkali surface will generate a layer of black protective film. Makes it very corrosion resistant. Used for electric light source materials, coating, with high surface quality, good processing performance, used for making work such as anode, partition, electrode bracket, etc., can also be used as a guide wire in the bulb, in addition to the chlor-alkali industry has played a very important role. Electrical grade materials because of the use of different conditions, and a variety of components of the alloy. Moreover, the electrode materials are required to have low resistivity to avoid overheating of the electrode, high high-temperature strength to reduce material wear, and sticky melting and volatilization to improve service life under the action of arc.
