Description

As a good deoxidizer of copper alloy, phosphorus in phosphor bronze strip can increase the fluidity of the alloy, improve the technological and mechanical properties of tin bronze. The limit solubility of phosphorus in tin bronze is 0.15%, too much will form a+δ+Cu3P eutectic terpolymer, so the phosphorus content of deformed tin bronze should not exceed 5%, and the phosphorus content should be less than 25% during hot working. Phosphor - copper tape is a famous elastic material. It is necessary to control the grain size of phosphor bronze strip before and after cold working.
