Features: It has excellent chemical properties and high corrosion resistance. It does not react to hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia under hot and cold conditions. However, tantalum can be corroded in hot concentrated sulfuric acid. Below 150℃, tantalum will not be corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid. It will react only above this temperature. At room temperature, tantalum does not react to alkali solution, chlorine gas, bromine water, dilute sulfuric acid and many other agents, but only reacts with hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated sulfuric acid. |
