Aluminum bus bar: excellent conductive material

Aluminum bus bar is the conductive material on the power distribution equipment, the material has several aluminum and copper, in fact, it is equivalent to the common wire. Aluminum busbar is painted outside the color of the phase sequence or is set on the corresponding color sleeve to play a protective role, easier to identify. The conductor material of aluminum busbar is mainly duralumin bar for electrical purposes, which should have high purity and aluminum content not less than 99.50%. Aluminum content directly affects the conductivity of conductors. In addition, the conductor processing technology, especially the surface treatment, will greatly affect the transmission performance of the bus.

The shell assembly of aluminum busbar groove is divided into bolt assembly, manual riveting and automatic riveting. With the continuous vibration of the bus bar formed by bolt assembly and the lengthening of the running time, the bolt will inevitably loose one day, which is easy to occur the short circuit accident caused by bolt falling off. Manual riveting avoids the failure caused by bolt loosening, and makes the electrical continuity of the aluminum bus shell better, but because of manual operation, it is inevitable that the product quality is uneven, and low efficiency; Because automatic riveting is a complete assembly line, compared with manual riveting, its technological level is further, so as to achieve the unified assembly quality of all products, and greatly improve the production efficiency.

Aluminum busbar is used in a very wide range of fields, now many city wires are aluminum core, in the transmission of power is very fast. Aluminum itself has good conductivity, conductive speed, can reduce the waste of electricity in the transmission process, so it is the first choice of the power sector. In addition, its main role is in the indoor transformer to the distribution cabinet, and then to the power main gate connected to the various switching tools. The power distribution system also follows the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection to operate.
