Aluminum plate processing need to pay attention to the accuracy

In this respect, the entire aluminum plate processing industry is actually related to the recommended standards, in this standard, the corresponding parameters are very careful and strict. Usually, the size and specification of aluminum veneer are composed of thickness, length, width, folding height, diagonal difference and so on. Length and width determine the basic shape of the entire aluminum plate, while thickness can affect the performance of the entire aluminum plate. Regardless of the type of aluminum veneer, the thickness error range is within ±0.1mm. When the length and width of an aluminum board are less than or equal to 2000mm, the allowable error between the length and width is 1mm. If the length is larger than 2000mm, the difference between the length and width cannot exceed 1.5mm.

The margin of error for the hem height is independent of the size of the aluminum veneer and can never exceed 0.5mm. The allowable error range of the diagonal difference is 2mm when the length of the aluminum plate is less than or equal to 2000mm. For a length larger than 2000mm, the error cannot exceed 3mm.

The sheet metal processing of aluminum plate is on the production line, processed by technical workers on the machine. Due to various reasons, there may be certain errors in the processed aluminum plate, but the errors must be controlled within a certain range, otherwise it is unqualified product. These errors must be minimized, or even avoided altogether! Both sheet metal processing and spraying processes must pay attention to accuracy.
