Casting process of aluminum rod includes melting, purification, impurity removal, degassing, slag removal and casting process. The main process is:

(1) Ingredients: According to the specific alloy number needed to produce, calculate the amount of various alloy components, reasonable collocation of various raw materials.

(2) Melting, adding the prepared raw materials into the melting furnace according to the process requirements, and effectively removing the impurities and gases in the melt by means of degassing and slagging refining. (3) Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cooled and cast into various specifications of round casting rods through deep well casting system.

Aluminum rod production line is roughly divided into casting workshop, mold workshop, extrusion workshop, aging workshop, packaging workshop, finished product warehouse, aluminum rod warehouse. The following are the key analysis of the casting workshop, extrusion workshop and aging workshop.

(--) Melting and casting process

The ultimate purpose of the casting process is to produce aluminum rods that meet the requirements, and to produce these rods, it is necessary to go through the process: melting casting sawing rod homogenization of aluminum rod cooling, washing rod aluminum rod into the warehouse.

(3) Aging process 6061-T6 state: After solid solution heat treatment cooling to achieve high strength. 6061-T6511 State: solid solution heat treatment after cooling to achieve high strength, then adjust the straightening process.6061-T651 state: solid solution heat treatment after cooling to achieve high strength. Then it is cold drawn by the stretching machine to eliminate the residual internal stress after heat treatment, so as to ensure the precision of machined products without deformation after deep processing.
