Aluminum alloy Bar has a wide range of application prospects in aerospace components, such as high-strength aluminum alloy thick plate as the main load-bearing component, the proportion of the use of the total aluminum consumption of aircraft 30%~35%. At present, aluminum alloy materials used in civil aviation mainly include aluminum alloy castings, aluminum alloy forgings, aluminum alloy extruded profiles, aluminum alloy thick plates, etc. In the ARJ21-700 and C919 jumbo jets, the mass of aluminum alloy parts accounts for 65 to 75 percent of the total mass of the aircraft. The extruded profile sheet made of high strength aluminum alloy material accounts for 30%-35% of the total aluminum material consumption of aircraft.
According to the plan, more than 30 percent of the aluminum materials used in the ARJ21 regional jet and the C919 large aircraft will be made of domestic aluminum by 2018. At present, only 5%~6% of the C919 is made of domestic materials. In recent years, the investment ratio of aluminum alloy in the aircraft market will show a qualitative improvement.
According to the analysis, the annual growth rate of global air passenger traffic between 2014 and 2023 will reach 4.7%, the newly added passenger and cargo aircraft will reach 19,000, about 12,400 low-fuel available aircraft will be retired and replaced by new aircraft, and the global new wide-body passenger and cargo aircraft market demand will reach about 9300, accounting for 30% of the total number of new aircraft in the same period. The global fleet is expected to grow, including a 35 percent increase in Asia.
The aviation industry has entered a period of rapid development. At present, the production of private aircraft, civil aviation and large aircraft is increasing year by year, and the market scale of aviation aluminum will be larger and larger in recent years.
