Characteristics of tin strip used for circuit board welding

Lead-free solder strip conforms to the production process of extra pure and fine tin. Lead-free solder strip has unique advantages:

1. Lead-free solder strip surface uniform smooth, high purity, good fluidity after melting, excellent wettability, bright solder joint, oxidation residue is very little;
2.  Low cost, does not contain high precious metals;

3. Adapt to the current existing wave soldering equipment and components can withstand the temperature;

4. Low sensitivity to impurity elements;

5. Solder joint reliability is higher than the traditional SnPb lead solder reliability.

Tin strip is a product of solder, tin strip can be divided into lead tin strip and lead-free tin strip two, are used for circuit board welding. Pure tin manufacturing, wetness, good fluidity, easy to tin. Solder joint bright, full, no virtual welding phenomenon. Add sufficient amount of antioxidant elements, antioxidant ability is strong. Made of pure tin, produce less tin residue, can reduce unnecessary waste. Its advantages are as follows:

1. The slag output after melting is less than that of ordinary solder, and it has excellent oxidation resistance;

2. After melting, low viscosity, good fluidity, high solderability, suitable for wave soldering process;

3. Because the oxidation inclusion is very little, it can greatly reduce the phenomenon of pulling tip and bridge connection, reliable welding quality, bright and full solder joint.
