2. For the peak furnace said tin slag is too much, the first thing to distinguish whether the tin slag is abnormal. In general, black powdered tin residue is normal, while tofu residue like tin residue is abnormal. There are the following six reasons for abnormal tofu tin residue:

The main reason is the problem of the crest furnace equipment: the design of the crest furnace on the market at present has many places is not ideal, the crest is too wide, the peak is too wide, the double crest is too close, and the selection of rotary channel caused by. When the wave crest is too high and the material falls from the peak, the temperature reduction deviation is relatively large. The temperature of the crest furnace is generally controlled low, generally about 250℃ and this temperature is the most basic temperature required to reach the solder in the welding process, the low temperature can not reach a good dissolution, when in use will cause too much tin slag.

Human reasons: Adding tin strips at the right time is also critical, the best time to add tin strips is always to keep the distance between the tin surface and the summit to the min.

The production of tin slag is also related to the purity of the tin strip, wave furnace generally requires high purity tin strip, such as impurity tin strip in the welding process will cause too much tin slag, usually cleaning furnace is also very key, for a long time did not clean the impurity content in the furnace is high, will also cause too much tin slag one of the reasons, but also regular cleaning for tin strip, generally about half a year or a year clean once.
