So nickel alloy welding need to pay attention to what things?An alloy is a combination of two or more materials with excellent properties to make them even better. Remove iron nodules left by thermal cutting.

Clean the two welded joints with an appropriate solvent before welding to remove the oil or grease from the joints;

Before welding, spot welding is used to locate, avoid cracks, as well as the size deviation specified in the design and ensure that the component has sufficient strength. The whole weld should be visually inspected to see whether it meets the requirements of the standard. The representative requirements of the standard are that the weld should have no non-fusion, no penetration phenomenon, and no cold insulation, no welding tumor and crack. The standard limits the height of the weld protrusion, the number of edge bites and the number of dense pores.
