Environmental protection tin wire is used in the production of electronic products or high requirements of the electronic and electrical industry of circuit board wave welding and hand immersion furnace circuit welding process. Environmental protection tin wire using high-quality pure tin solder as raw materials production, the main composition of 99.3% tin, 0.7% copper, solid, silver tasteless, melting point of 227℃ working temperature of 250C-280℃. Environmental protection tin strips should be stored at room temperature, dry bath place, for higher requirements of welding, widely used in wave furnace, hand immersion furnace. Environmental protection tin wire has the following characteristics:

(3) Add sufficient amount of antioxidant elements, the antioxidant ability is strong.

(4) pure tin manufacturing, less tin slag, reduce energy consumption, reduce unnecessary waste.

(5) Environmental protection standards, stable performance, suitable for wave peak or hand immersion furnace operation.

With the continuous enhancement of human environmental awareness, the understanding of the toxicity of lead has become more profound. The harm caused by contact with lead products to human health, especially the harm to children's nervous development, has attracted more attention. There are growing calls to ban products containing lead, especially solder containing lead.
