High-precision brass tube is a zinc-copper alloy tube formed by precision machining. It has the characteristics of high dimensional accuracy, good mechanical properties, easy cutting, excellent thermal conductivity, high strength and good corrosion resistance to seawater. High precision brass tube is widely used in electric power (thermal power, nuclear power, etc.) generator set, petrochemical transportation, seawater desalination, sea salt production, shipbuilding and other Marine industry, mainly used in the manufacture of corrosive media contact condenser, heat exchanger, condenser, water supply and oil pipeline system, filter, pump and valve and other components. With the development of related industries, especially the rapid development of electric power, Marine and Marine industries, the market demand of high precision brass tube is rising rapidly. Brass pipe itself is sensitive to stress corrosion rupture, which will lead to stress corrosion rupture when there is sufficient tensile stress and corrosive medium containing ammonia. Fracture of brass pipes in the empty pumping area of condenser has occurred, and there is a large tensile stress in some copper pipes, coupled with high ammonia content in the empty pumping area. After a period of operation, stress corrosion continues to intensify, and finally leads to fracture of copper pipes.

If the device is disabled for more than 3 days, empty the water side and open the manhole door for ventilation and drying; Short outage, maintain circulation pump operation, prevent suspended matter deposition in circulating water and other measures to slow down condenser outage corrosion. Inspect the corrosion, scaling, cleaning and other conditions of condenser equipment by taking the opportunity of maintenance, grasp the first-hand information of condenser operation in time, establish the inspection ledger according to the inspection requirements, standardize the records of inspection, and standardize the production and storage methods of condenser copper pipe sample. Eddy current detection detects the copper tube that is to be leaked but not leaked, and finds out the hidden danger in the copper tube. Eddy current detection is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the probe is close to the conductor, the induced eddy current generated by the conductor affects the magnetic field around the coil in the probe, resulting in the change of coil impedance increment to identify defects. Eddy current inspection plays an important role in mastering the status quo of condenser copper pipe so as to better carry out maintenance work. To check the quality of copper pipe, eddy current inspection of condenser copper pipe in maintenance should be strengthened.
