Silicon steel sheet stress removal annealing process 1

1. Load the silicon steel sheet to be annealed into the iron box (according to the size of the silicon steel sheet, the packing should not exceed three layers at the best). The silicon steel sheet in each box should be covered with a cover plate slightly smaller than the iron box (to be made of silicon steel sheet material), lift it to the furnace, lock the furnace cover, press the sealing ring, and connect the circulating water pipe.

Two, connect the nitrogen, check whether there is leakage, and check the normal supply of circulating water.

3. Close all valves, install the vacuum tube, open the vacuum pump, open the vacuum valve, vacuum pump to -1MPA, close the needle valve and then close the vacuum pump power supply.

4. Connect the nitrogen pipe with the air charging valve, open the air charging valve, and inject nitrogen. If the pressure is between 0.03 and 0.1MPA, close the air charging valve and open the safety valve.

7. Set the initial temperature of the temperature control meter to 400, check whether the current of the power meter is consistent, and turn on the heating switch for heating after ensuring the consistent adjustment. At this time, the circulating water valve will be opened to ensure that there is no blockage to ensure smooth flow of water.

8. Check whether the electric room instrument is normal or not, and adjust the power of annealing furnace.

9. When the temperature rises to 400, open the nitrogen charging valve (smoke exhaust), and close the inflation valve when the air is discharged to 0.01MPA (repeat the operations of three and four).
