Aluminum extrusion manufacturers attach great importance to improving the success rate of die design and processing and extrusion output and yield. Extrusion is one of the main forming processes in the production of aluminum and aluminum alloy semi-finished products. The quality of extrusion die and the speed of extrusion directly affect the product quality and output of aluminum and aluminum alloy extrusion production enterprises.

Several significant advantages of aluminum extruded profiles over other processing methods: Less machining: Because aluminum alloy can be extruded into any complex section, so long as the design is reasonable, the extruded aluminum profile can be easily assembled, thus reducing the need for machining.
