Aluminum alloy is silicon alloy containing a lot of metal silicon, silicon aluminum alloy is a strong compound deoxidizer. Replacing pure aluminum in the process of steelmaking can improve the utilization rate of deoxidizer, purify molten steel and improve the quality of steel. Aluminum alloy has low density, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good casting and wear resistance. The alloy castings with its high impact resistance, high pressure compactness, can greatly extend the service life. It is often used to make space vehicles and auto parts. Silicon-copper alloy has good welding performance and is not easy to produce sparks on impact. With explosion-proof function, can be used to make storage tank.

The intrinsic process of metallic silicon blocks requires more mixing, which is based on the principle of compressed air. Its purpose is to improve the kinetic conditions of the reaction of metal elements in the material, accelerate the slagging speed, remove impurities as soon as possible, reduce heat loss and adhesion of silicon liquid. Adding metal silicon blocks into steel sheets can greatly improve the permeability of steel, reduce the hysteresis and eddy current loss, and can be used to make transformer and motor core, so as to improve the performance of transformer and motor.
