Mechanical properties of titanium alloy:

1) The titanium alloy rod has work hardening characteristics. The relatively low elastic modulus of titanium alloy makes it more elastic than steel. Therefore, the cutting force should be avoided to ensure that the workpiece bounce is small. Thin-walled parts tend to deform under the pressure of machining tools, causing tremors, friction and even tolerance problems.

2) High requirements on workpiece materials, processing accuracy and surface finish of titanium alloy for medical device parts require high reliability of processing system.

Titanium alloy has high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, fatigue resistance and other good characteristics, in aviation, aerospace, nuclear energy, medical instruments and other fields have been more and more widely used.
