The production method of solder ball is relatively complex, and at the beginning, the production quantity is small and the output is low, so it can not be mass-produced. Only in the post-production process can the mass production be realized. The method introduced in this paper is suitable for the debugging of high-speed analytical instruments and the processing of flux tin beads for user analysis and test samples, so as to ensure that the quality of products meets the specified technical indicators. It should be processed strictly according to the operation procedure.
Equipment and tools: electronic scale, ceramic crucible, coarse sample screen, large aluminum basin, spoon, stainless steel pot, stainless steel shovel, large lamp.
Process preparation: Get No. 0 or No. 1 tin, kerosene, packing materials and labels according to the total number of tin beads produced. Fix the crucible, lamp cap, add kerosene to the lamp cap, connect to oxygen. According to the operator put the stainless steel pot, shovel, and put the use of large aluminum basin, rough sample screen.
Process: put No. 0 or No. 1 tin into a ceramic crucible, pass oxygen, ignition and burn. When the tin has melted, spoon it into a stainless steel pan with a small spoon and stir-fry it quickly until it is beaded. Stir-fry at less than 30 times per minute. The coarse sample is sieved into a large aluminum basin, and the remaining coarse grain is poured into the crucible.
Quality inspection: sample, send to quality inspection department for carbon and sulfur quality fraction: carbon should < 0.002% sulfur should & lt; 0.001%
Precautions: Operators must wear masks, gloves and white caps. Raw materials need to be tested for carbon and sulfur mass fraction. Machining ratio to be accurate. Mix well and sift more. A small amount of preparation through inspection and analysis, after a large number of preparation.
