With the rapid development of aluminum plate processing technology, surface treatment engineering has become an indispensable link in aluminum processing. After surface treatment, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, light resistance and weather resistance have been greatly improved, but also can color a variety of bright colors. More and more widely applicable. There will be a variety of ways to surface the aluminum throughout its life. The coloring process is an important part. What technique will be used to color the lead sheet?
First, the lead plate is oxidized, and the surface of the extruded aluminum alloy profile is anodized, so that the lead plate itself has stronger corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aesthetic appearance.
There are three specific coloring steps for a lead plate:
1) Surface pretreatment: Clean the surface with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure matrix, which is conducive to obtaining a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirrored and matte (matte) surfaces can also be obtained mechanically.
2) Anodic oxidation: the surface of the lead plate is pretreated. Under certain technological conditions, the surface of the substrate is anodized to form a dense, porous and strong adsorption film.
3) Hole sealing: the pores of the porous oxide film produced after anodic oxidation are sealed to improve the pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. The strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing is used to adsorb and deposit the metal salt in the film hole, which makes the appearance of the lead plate show more color than the original color.
The above is the summary of lead door coloring technology. I hope it will be helpful to you. If you have a better method, please contact us.
